beem® Light Sauna Celebrates Grand Opening in Gilbert Jan. 25
The future and benefits of light therapy are coming to the East Valley. On Saturday, Jan. 25, beem Light Sauna celebrates the grand opening of its Gilbert location at 3635 S. Val Vista Dr., #208.
The event takes place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and will feature exploratory tours, B12 shots for just $15, a huge raffle with amazing prizes, free food and drink, and special deals on memberships. Multiple local vendors will be onsite including Barre 3, IV Nutrition, Orangetheory and CycleBar; BLK Water will be offering free samples and serving mocktails.

beem Light Sauna offers individualized light therapy sessions, including private 40-minute infrared sauna sessions, 15-minute red light therapy sessions or both. Guests can also enjoy the added benefit of chromotherapy, which has its own set of proven benefits.
An experience at beem begins with a consult with luumi, beem’s intuitive wellness assistant, who helps curate each session. Towels are provided and guests can choose what they wear during their session.
“Less is more” is advised when it comes to clothing, allowing the skin to breathe and sweat it out. Hydration is also an important part of the experience; complimentary filtered hydration stations are available for guests.
As their session begins, guests are encouraged to get comfortable and relax with ensuite entertainment including surround sound for streaming music, shows, meditation apps or podcasts. Guests can also enjoy complimentary mint towels, which are infused with essential oils to keep them cool and refreshed during their session.
Upon completion of the session, guests can simply leave their towels behind, enjoy an invigorating post-sauna shower and use the complimentary beauty amenities. When ready, guests can then go about their day, beaming with their light therapy glow for all to see!
For those new to the healing benefits of light therapy, the first visit to beem is complimentary. Drop-in sessions start at $59 each. Sessions can be purchased in packages that suit individual needs, while the unlimited monthly membership allows guests to experience as many sessions as they want.
