With its bakery operation expansion into Gilbert and the new Don Guerra’s Barrio Bagel & Slice quick-service drive-thru coming soon, Barrio Bread is looking to grow its team of enthusiastic bread bakers! Barrio Bread is seeking multiple bread bakers and a lead baker, all of whom will bake alongside James Beard Award-winning baker Don Guerra while lending their talents to the mission of Barrio Bread. Since its inception in 2009, Barrio Bread has aimed to be a true neighborhood bakery that showcases the art and science of Chef Guerra’s passion for baking and commitment to community. Barrio Bread is dedicated to exceptional quality artisan bread created with centuries-old baking techniques and locally grown heritage grains. With that in mind, Barrio Bread is seeking foodservice pros with baking experience who are interested in being ambassadors for the mission to make nutritious, delicious and wholesome breads more accessible to the community.
