Angry Crab Shack Mardi Gras Festival
CHANDLER, Ariz.–The Angry Crab Shack is bringing the flavor and fun of New Orleans to the desert with its inaugural Mardi Gras Festival, set for Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 12 to9 p.m. at Downtown Chandler’s Dr. A.J. Chandler Park. This exciting all-day event will bring together food, music, family entertainment and community spirit for a celebration that’s equal parts festive and flavorful. Festivalgoers can expect a full day of music, food and family fun in downtown Chandler. Live brass bands, zydeco and blues performances will keep the energy going from afternoon into evening. Angry Crab Shack will feature signature menu items, along with a curated mix of food vendors serving classic Mardi Gras favorites such as jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish and beignets, alongside local bites and a variety of beverages. “We’re beyond excited to bring this Mardi Gras experience to Chandler in true Angry Crab fashion with bold flavors, good music and fun for all,” said Vanice Hoepfner, Marketing Director at Angry Crab Shack. Attendees can also join or cheer on crowd-favorite eating contests, including spicy sausage, crawfish and more. The event will also include $5,000in cash and prizes, as well as an exclusive vacation getaway raffle that every ticket holder will have a chance to win.
