Tenarky District Rose Show
🌹The Memphis Rose Society is thrilled to host the 2025 Tenarky District Rose Show!🌹
Make plans now to attend the Tenarky District Fall Rose Show and Convention, “Jewels of the South”, hosted by the Memphis Rose Society happening on October 4th at Germantown Presbyterian Church at 2363 South Germantown Rd in the Activities Center. The show will be open and free to the public from 1-4 p.m. This will be the first show hosted in Memphis since 2018, making it a long-overdue and much-anticipated event!
As a little background, the Tenarky District is one of 18 ARS (American Rose Society) geographic districts in the United States. It is composed of eight local societies in Tennessee, Eastern Arkansas, and Kentucky. The district also holds schools and audits for Consulting Rosarians, Horticulture Judges and Arrangement Judges. Exhibitors from the tri-state area and beyond will come and exhibit their roses at the show. Some of the most beautiful roses you will ever see in your lifetime are at these shows! Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy!
If you would like to exhibit your roses in the show, learn how to incorporate native beauty into your garden by attending the “Landscaping with Native Plants” lecture” presented by Camp Creek, or attend the banquet presentation entitled “Fresh Cuts – Roses for the Tenarky Garden” by Lisa Schaaf, please fill out the registration form available at https://tenarky.org. There will also be a fundraiser with prizes from our wonderful sponsors: American Rose Society, Heirloom Roses, Jackson & Perkins, and many more. For those staying through the weekend, we’re organizing some beautiful garden tours on Sunday, October 5th.
