Don't miss our next Whiskey Pairing Dinner set for Thursday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m.! This special evening features three rare whiskeys from Dark Arts selected by DJ Naylor, Celtic owner and our in-house whiskey expert. Each pour is paired with a delicious culinary creation you’re sure to love. Lead Spirit Guide, Kymi Douglas, from Dark Arts Whiskey House will guide guests through their pours. Enjoy it all for $80 pre-tax and gratuity. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite. Tickets are $80 each and do not include gratuity. Featured pairings: UISCE BEATHA AON - Toasted Mizunara Bourbon: Small batch bourbon recipe, distilled in Kentucky, aged in Mizunara casks for 6-8 years - Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini: honey, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, arugula, lemon-thyme vinaigrette UISCE BEATHA DHA - Amburana Oak Stave Finished Rye Whiskey: Aged 6-8 years, finished in Amburana oak barrels for a few weeks - Roasted Pork Loin: parsnip purée, candied ginger-red wine jus UISCE BEATHA TRI - Ripple Maple Amburana Rye: Barrels used in aging process once held maple syrup, made with the holidays in mind as it features rich spices and sweet buttercream-eqsue flavors - Honey Butter Pound Cake: whipped mascarpone, black cherry compote Note: Guests are encouraged to hold all questions and comments until the end of the host's presentation out of respect for your neighbors, the presenter and your serving staff.
