DHR Health's 15th Annual Community Health Fair
The event is open to the public. Families and their children are welcome to attend to take advantage of the free health screenings and valuable wellness information that will be offered. Health screenings that will be offered include blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, fibroscans, glucose, skin cancer, and vision. In addition to health screenings, healthcare professionals from various medical specialties will be available to answer questions about chronic disease prevention, nutrition, mental health, and other important health topics.
DHR Health is committed to providing access to high quality care, where patients’ concerns and needs are put first. This event will not only provide free screenings and health teaching sessions but will increase the community’s knowledge of the health resources they have close to home.
