Presented by Laura Scheck, Chef and Founder of Teaching Table. In this cooking class demonstration, you'll learn how to maximize and preserve herbs using various methods, such as making them freezer-ready and incorporating them into tasty recipes. We will make and taste the following dishes: Garlic and Herb Butter served with Crostini, Chimichurri served with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Herb Simple Syrup used in Apple Cider Mocktails with Smoked Thyme.
