Club 8: Ridiculously Fun Social Skills Group for Teens
Club 8 is the weekly social skills group for teens. Instead of talking about social skills, we just DO ridiculously fun activities that teens love. Club 8 is celebrating our tenth anniversary, and the groups are always full.
We learn by doing in the areas of friendship making, assertiveness, speaking in front of a group, cooperative achievements, self-awareness, confidence and accurate communication.
Some sample activities include rocket launching, drone flying, behind the scenes tours of interesting local businesses (Petco, Carvel, Cloud 9 Exotic cars.)
Club 8 is facilitated by a Psychologist, Mental Health Counselors and an Art Therapist.
It's not therapy - it's FUN!
