Friends of the Lakeshore Nature Preserve’s 24th Annual Friends Meeting
Brad Herrick, the new Lakeshore Nature Preserve Director, will share progress on the plans for the $16.8 million Frautschi Outreach Center to be constructed near the entrance to Picnic Point. As Guest Speaker, Herrick will discuss his research on jumping worms, “Wiggly Worms Under Our Feet: Population Dynamics, Ecological Effects and Control of Non-Native, Invasive Jumping Worms.”
