Holiday Glow on Monroe

Holiday Glow on Monroe is the start of the festive season for the Monroe Street Merchants Association with activities up and down the street Friday evening and on Saturday. Santa will arrive at Monroe Commons (in the 1800 block by Trader Joe’s) at 4:00 on Friday afternoon. He will then visit with children - and the young at heart - in the 1700-1900 blocks of Monroe Street. Carolers from the Madison Savoyard and Capital City Theatre will serenade shoppers with favorite songs of the season. Many of our locally owned stores, restaurants and service businesses will be offering special deals, refreshments, entertainment and activities.
