The Sound Experience
Join us for a uniquely intuitive sound bath designed to foster deep relaxation and effective stress relief. The Sound Experience is welcoming and accessible, whether you are taking your first steps into sound healing or seeking sustained support on your wellness journey.
Led by Trish Kalhagen & Araceli Wehr, this program is open to anyone who is looking to add some stillness and meditation to the start of their new year. Yoga mats or towels are encouraged; eye masks can also be worn to make the sound bath more immersive.

Trish Kalhagen
Trish is a certified Spiritual Director and Reiki Practitioner deeply rooted in inter-spiritual practices. She has over 15 years of experience leading labyrinth workshops and a 14-year background as a Wedding Officiant, consistently helping individuals mark and navigate important life transitions. She believes in the importance of co-leading sound baths to support others on their journey, having personally found the practice to be a soothing, peaceful, and relaxing experience.
Araceli Wehr, CEO & Founder of Arohee, LLC
Araceli is dedicated to igniting a Revolution Within, guiding individuals toward authentic self-discovery and lasting inner peace. For over two decades, her work has centered on dismantling the norms that lead to division and stress, creating radically safe spaces where people can unlearn conditioned responses of fear, conflict, and reactivity.
