PACIFIC CITY INVITES FAMILIES TO A ‘READ ACROSS AMERICA’ EVENT
Pacific City, an open-air, lifestyle shopping, dining and entertainment destination across from the iconic Huntington Beach Pier in Huntington Beach, California (https://www.gopacificcity.com), invites the community to participate in a fun-filled event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 2nd, to celebrate Read Across America, which was launched in 1998 and is promoted each year in March by the National Education Association as the nation’s largest celebration of reading. During its Read Across America Day event, Pacific City encourages children and their families to enjoy a special storytime at The Reading Reef (Level 1 Between Urban Outfitters and Francesca’s) followed by crafts, activities, treats and surprises (while supplies last) as well as a special meet-and-greet opportunity with the popular preschool TV character Bluey.
