Teens In The Kitchen: Mango Chutney
Color your world orange with a delightful mango sauce.
We're cooking with color this summer! Join us for the second installment of our Teens in the Kitchen: Color Your World Summer Series, where we'll be making mango chutney, representing orange. Come learn how to turn a mango into a tangy spiced sauce you can use as a salsa, a garnish, or a sweet addition to a savory dish. We'll also sample the chutney we make with tortilla chips and get a recipe with steps on preparing this dish at home.
No experience is necessary and all ingredients and materials will be provided.
