Teens In The Kitchen: Baba Ganoush


Learn how to prepare this Lebanese eggplant dip and enjoy with pita bread! During our Teens in the Kitchen summer series, we'll be preparing and tasting food from all over the globe! Jenna will teach basic kitchen skills and teens will leave with a recipe to take home. This week, we'll be making baba ganoush: a roasted eggplant dip with origins in the Levant region. We will be using a traditonal Lebanese recipe, and will learn a bit about the culture and history of Lebanon.
