Intro To Cross Stich: A Cool Hobby For Hot Days
Learn the basics of cross-stitch and stitch a simple dinosaur design!
It's hot outside, so come cool off with Lauren in the Studio for our Intro to Cross-stitch class! Cross-stitching is a centuries-old practice that is perfect for crafters of all skill levels. We will look at the materials required, find some inspiration in our collection and online, and begin our dino-themed project. All materials are provided, and no registration is required. This activity is for people ages 13 and up and involves needles, scissors, and a lot of patience. Already know how to cross-stitch? Bring your in-progress or finished works to share with the group!
Instruction will begin at 5pm, but feel free to drop in until 6:30pm for some informal instruction and group fellowship!
