Led in collaboration with specialists from the UAMS Mindfulness Program, Meditative Sundays offers a guided experience, from meditation and slow looking to sound baths and yoga. As the series unfolds, deepen focus, release stress, and build support well-being and connection through art.
In this session, focus in slow, intentional looking that encourages sustained, non-judgmental observation, opening space for clarity, calm, and a deeper personal connection to the art on view.
