Sometimes it might feel as if elements of our life are out of control. We can be intimidated by changing circumstances, feeling that there’s nothing we can do to change a situation. On the other hand, we all have the experience of how our state of mind affects the way we perceive and experience the world. In fact our mind is the most powerful force in our world and by learning to change the way we view ourself, others and the world around us, we can transform every situation into a meaningful opportunity for spiritual growth and positivity.
During these monthly meditation classes, we will discover the power of meditation to positively transform our lives, and in this way, be of real benefit to our family, friends and world.
The class includes two guided meditations, a short chanted prayer, an explanation of the topic of that day, meditation instruction and how to practically apply our meditation to our daily life. Each class is self contained. Drop in at any time. Everyone is welcome.
