ARTXTRAVAGANZA Art Show & Sale

Whether you’re searching for the ideal piece to enhance your home, a thoughtful gift for someone special, or simply want to immerse yourself in the exceptional collection of fine art offered, mark your calendar for this year’s ARTXTRAVAGANZA art show and sale, Saturday, March 8 through Sunday, March 9, at Webb School of Knoxville’s Lee Athletic Center. Considered one of the premier art shows in the Southeast, ARTXTRAVAGANZA 2025 will showcase the unique and extensive talents of nearly 70 juried artists from across the region and beyond. Admission is free and open to the public. Celebrating its 23rd year, ARTXTRAVAGANZA is a vibrant fusion of art and community, offering guests the chance to purchase fine art paintings, sculptures, jewelry, photography, and more – all at a variety of price points to suit all budgets. Visitors can explore a rich array of mediums, including oil and acrylic, ceramics, watercolor, wood, glass, stone, and fiber, while also having the opportunity to connect with the artists and gain insight into their creative processes. To maintain a dynamic and engaging experience for both newcomers and returning guests, this year’s ARTXTRAVAGANZA features many new artists, and nearly 70 percent of those participating in the show are traveling to Knoxville from other locations. Acrylic/mixed media artist and art educator Ryan Blair of Knoxville is ARTXTRAVAGANZA’s featured artist for 2025. Proceeds from ARTXTRAVAGANZA support Webb School of Knoxville’s visual and performing arts. A hallmark of Webb's arts education is the school's Artist-In-Residence program. This four-to-six-week on-campus teaching and learning experience features nationally and internationally acclaimed artists. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from this year’s ARTXTRAVAGANZA will go toward a one-year scholarship to support a student attending Knoxville’s Community School of the Arts. Doors to ARTXTRAVAGANZA will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 8, with a reception planned for 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The art sale continues Sunday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thirty percent of each purchase is tax-deductible.
