In addition to a beer to start the night, each course will include a beer pairing selected by the chef and brewers. This year's menu reinterprets Southern favorites with a bit of smoke added to the plate:
•Course I - Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad
•Course II - Albondigas with Toasted Bread
•Course III - Smoked Shrimp and Grits with Andouille Sausage
•Course IV - Peach Cobbler
Reserve your spot today--tickets are available through Sunday, December 14th at 3:00 pm so we can get the ingredients ordered. Dinner with the beer pairings will be $90, and dinner without the beer will be $75. Prices include gratuity.
