Blue Cheese + Beer Tasting
Angelo, our sensory training guru and lover of cheese, has finally gotten the exclusively-blue cheese pairing event that he's been suggesting for a while. Euphoric Cheese Shop is hooking us up with an awesome selection of blues, most from the World Cheese Award-winning Rogue Creamery. And you get to experience a range of blue cheeses as the tasting moves from more subtle or delicate flavors to the intense, outrageous funk of two different vintages of the World Champion Rogue River Blue.
The pairings for this tasting are:
•Cambozola Classic + Pilsner
•Rogue Caveman Blue + Neon Renaissance
•Rogue River Blue (2024) + Hop Pusher
•Rogue River Blue (2025) + Spicy Hand Crank
Tickets for the tasting include a flight of four 6.5 oz pours, cheese and charcuterie from our friends at Euphoric Cheese, and the guided pairing experience. The full tasting with pairings is $50 a seat (or $40 without the beer pairings). Please reserve your ticket by 11 pm on Wednesday, November 5th so we can ensure we have enough boxes for all attendees.
If you're not able to make one of the in-person tastings, we also offer the option of enjoying your pre-ordered flight, cheese + charcuterie box, and tasting notes at a time more convenient for you. We're able to accommodate individual orders in the taproom, and to-go pairings will come in sets of 4 so we can prep cans and crowlers for your group.
