Jake is a 15-year industry veteran, working his way up from a server at Houston's on the Plaza to bartending, writing menus, & managing beverage programs at some of Kansas City's best known restaurants including: Bluestem, The Rieger, Extra Virgin & Acre. He's now transferred his passion to distribution, working with Bonded Beverage and their boutique portfolio of small, family-owned producers. $20/ticket
