Bronson is a 16-year veteran bartender, still slings at the Westport Cafe, as well as running his ready-to-drink Milk Punch operation in Lee's Summit.
While behind the bar, he began creating his own recipes for an 18th Century style of punch which was traditionally preserved by an extraordinary clarification technique, made with fresh ingredients, fine filtered through natural milk proteins. This nearly forgotten methodology results in a naturally shelf stable, crystalline punch with deep complexity and an exquisitely smooth mouthfeel.
