Jammin' on the Green: AnnaLee and the Lucky So & So's
Held monthly at the bandstand of historic Shawnee Town 1929 Museum, guests are encouraged to bring a chair and enjoy our featured musicians.
A popular Kansas City-based swing band, they celebrate the very best of Kansas City sound from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, the heyday of KC-style jazz, swing, and jump blues. Their repertoire includes Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald, Julia Lee, Louie Jordan, and so many more, along with their own original tunes.
Admission is FREE, and bottled water and snacks are provided. Leashed and well-behaved dogs are allowed. Picnic tables and bench seating also available. Leashed and well-behaved dogs are allowed.
