This combined event brings together two of KAF’s signature fundraisers for an unforgettable day of competition, community, and philanthropy, raising critical funds for pediatric cancer research. 🎾 KATE KUP Triples Tennis Tournament – A fast-paced, high-energy triples tennis showdown. ⛳ KATE KOMBO Golf Tournament – A shotgun start, 15-hole golf competition with a thrilling shoot-out finale. 🏓 KATE KOMBO Pickleball Tournament – A dynamic waterfall-style tournament combining Round Robin & Single Elimination play. 🎉 Awards After-Party – Celebrate the winners, enjoy great food, and rally for a cure! Spectators are welcome to attend both events to cheer and heckle throughout the day. Tickets are available for spectators for $50 to attend the Awards After-Party. All proceeds from KATE KUP and KATE KOMBO directly benefit the Kate Amato Foundation, whose mission is to fund innovative, non-toxic treatments for childhood cancer. Since its inception, KAF has granted $775,000 to top cancer research institutions, funding safer, smarter treatments for children. About Kate Amato Foundation Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children. For those who survive, the side effects of treatment can cause severe long-term health problems. To honor Kate’s life and continue the fight for other children, Kate Amato Foundation is dedicated to finding safer, smarter, and more effective treatments for children with cancer. Their vision is to fund innovative pediatric cancer research that accelerates the pace of progress and saves young lives. About Kate At the young age of nine, Kate Amato was diagnosed with Stage 4 alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, an aggressive soft tissue cancer that attacks skeletal muscles. After a long and difficult battle with cancer, Kate passed in November of 2016. Through her illness, Kate’s parents discovered how severely underfunded research is for pediatric cancer and witnessed first-hand the brutal effects of outdated, toxic treatments. To honor Kate’s life and continue the fight for other children, the Kate Amato Foundation was formed.
