River City Theatre Presents “Into the Woods” Musical
River City Theatre (RCT), a nonprofit performing arts organization dedicated to entertaining, engaging, and empowering Duval and beyond invites you to enter the fairytale world of “Into the Woods”
Featuring a tangle of familiar stories by the Brothers Grimm, “Into the Woods” merges the fantastical with the all-too-familiar tensions that color our daily lives.
“Though audience members are familiar with a majority of the classic fairy tale characters introduced, this musical masterpiece presents them in a completely new light,” says RCT’s Executive Artistic Director, Stephen Billy. “We can all relate to the daily challenges and triumphs each character experiences as they journey through the woods. Seeing this story come to life in such an intimate setting is sure to be a moving experience for our audience.”
The show’s cast will craft a blend of humor, tragedy, and showstopping musical talent you are sure to find truly bewitching.
