Tickets are on sale now for the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir’s annual Festival of Carols performances. The holiday shows will celebrate the season at The Palladium at the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel (December 20-22) and The Schrott Center for the Arts on the campus of Butler University on December 23. A Midwest family tradition filled with a variety of holiday favorites, the Choir will be joined by guest artists including the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, acclaimed Brazilian-American baritone soloist Bruno Sandes, Indiana’s own Emmy award-winning journalist Debby Knox, who will join us for a heartwarming rendition of “’Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and a visit from Santa himself! Stay tuned for the announcement of this year's Spotlight Choir, coming soon!
Festival of Carols features a selection of fan favorites and traditional holiday music such as “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” “The Prayer,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” and Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus”, and will also bring newer compositions to the stage, including the winning piece from the Symphonic Choir’s annual Holiday Carol Commission Competition.
