Lorena: A Tabloid Epic
The tabloid culture of the early 1990s is the backdrop for this play exploring the media frenzy surrounding the case of Lorena Bobbitt. This production manages to be comedic at times despite the intense topics of sexual violence, the impact of media on public perception, and the broader narratives of victimhood.
