Indianapolis Monthly's 2026 Dream Home
Indianapolis Monthly today announced the dates and design team behind the highly anticipated 2026 Dream Home Tour, one of Central Indiana’s premier luxury home experiences showcasing the latest trends in custom homebuilding and design.
The 2026 Dream Home is being built by Scott Bates Custom Homes, designed by Goldberg Design Group, with interior design by Dare 2 Design and landscaping by PJE Lawn Care. Together, the team is creating a one-of-a-kind residence showcasing cutting-edge architecture, inspired interiors and exceptional craftsmanship.
For a limited time, visitors have the rare opportunity to step inside and experience a remarkable custom residence created by some of the region’s most talented builders, designers, and artisans. The annual Dream Home Tour draws thousands of visitors each year and celebrates the creativity and innovation of Central Indiana’s homebuilding and design community.
The 2026 Dream Home experience will kick off with an exclusive, ticketed VIP Preview Party, offering a first look at the home, followed by public tours over three weekends.

The custom residence, located in Holiday Farms in Zionsville and built by Scott Bates Custom Homes, designed by Goldberg Design Group, with interior design by Dare 2 Design and
landscaping by PJE Lawn Care, will showcase the latest innovations in architecture, interior design, outdoor living and luxury home amenities. The event is expected to attract more than 4,000 visitors from across the Indianapolis region.
Tickets will be $25 for single-day admission. Additional event details, including the charitable beneficiary and ticket information, will be announced in the coming months.
