Live Demo and Talk with Tlingit carver Tim Flannery
Tim comes from the Gaanax.ádi Raven clan, Mink house in Ketchikan, AK. He is the apprentice of master carver Tommy Joseph (Tlingit), and in 2021, they carved a work canoe for Sitka National Historical Park. Tim’s visit to the Eiteljorg Museum is made possible thanks to Purdue University’s Native American Education and Cultural Center, where he will be conducting a residency in April.
