Join us for a special evening at 8th Day Distillery as we dive into the craft and character of rum. Meet the Makers: Rum is your chance to learn how our rum is thoughtfully created, from raw ingredients to finished spirit. We take a hands-on, small-batch approach to every batch we produce. Our spiced rum is carefully infused with bright orange and warm baking spices, while our traditional rum highlights the rich depth of molasses and sugar cane. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore our barrel-aged expressions and limited special editions.Rum holds a special place in our story.
