Chef Leonard Botello joined by Ryan LaChaine of State of Grace, Bobby Matos of La Lucha and Seth Siegel Gardner of Local Foods and Milton’s will serve Lone Star state-inspired dishes all evening, featuring smoked meats, a blend of classic and creative sides, and indulgent desserts.
