Celebrate Reading Month with Raising Cane's and Read To Me International

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers celebrates its 5th year partnering with Read To Me International (RTMI), a local non-profit organization that provides parents with the skills and techniques to engage their keiki in reading for National Reading Month. Each Saturday in March from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., RTMI representatives will engage parents and keiki in free book readings, bookmark makings, singing and learning activities at select Raising Cane’s restaurants across Oahu. “As parents, we all need to make time to read aloud to our keiki,” says Ali Urbick Marketing Leader for Raising Cane’s. “Over the past five years Raising Cane’s in Hawaii has expanded our partnership with Read To Me International to include a very successful Summer reading series, in addition to our March reading events that help our keiki build their vocabulary, expand their imagination, and increase their knowledge of the world.” All events are free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
