Mary Star of the Sea Church and Schools are gearing up to host their 17th annual East Honolulu Food Festival (EHFF) setting the stage for a magical culinary experience themed "Enchanted Wonderland Under the Stars". This beloved event invites the public to celebrate local cuisine against the backdrop of an imaginary world full of knights, dragons, unicorns, fairies, pirates, all things fantastic, and all for a charitable cause. Taking place on May 3rd, 2025, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the grounds of Mary Star of the Sea School at 4470 Aliikoa Street, the EHFF is renowned as the biggest festival East Honolulu has to offer, drawing food aficionados and enthusiasts from across the island. Patrons can indulge in limitless tasting portions of Hawaiian culinary delights while supporting the enriching initiatives of the Mary Star of the Sea parish and schools. EHFF 2025 is prepared to welcome food lovers from across Honolulu and will serve up an unlimited feast provided by more than 20 Hawaii restaurants and purveyors. This year’s participants include Café Julia Hawaii at Laniakea, Katsu Sando 808, The Social Honolulu, II Gelato, Maile’s Thai Bistro, Tight Tacos, Kamitoku Ramen, and Da Spot Health Foods & Juices, among others. Kai Vodka will be sponsoring an intergalactic bar featuring cosmic cocktails, while Kona Brewing Company caters to beer lovers and there will be a Wine Tent for Vino lovers for guests 21+ years. Attendees will savor an array of dishes and beverages in an all-inclusive format. Adult tickets are priced at $100, while Younglings ages 3-13 are $40. Options for Table sponsorships are also available, providing an opportunity for businesses and individuals to contribute to the cause while enjoying a premium experience. For General Admin tickets, free parking and shuttles are available down the street at Kalani High School. Ridesharing (Uber or Lyft) is encouraged. The dress code is Casual – family friendly.
