In this class, students learn to make pasta entirely from scratch under the guidance of Chef Andrea Onetti, who hails from Rome and brings with him the traditions, techniques, and spirit of his hometown. Chef Andrea’s instruction offers an authentic, hands-on immersion into one of Italy’s most iconic culinary arts.
The class will include a four-course dinner: canapé starter, bruschetta appetizer, the two pasta dishes demonstrated in the class, and a panna cotta dessert. You will learn some of Chef Andrea’s favorite pasta dishes, such as spaghetti aglio e olio and tagliatelle alla bolognese.
