Hailing from Rome, Italy, chef Andrea Onetti will teach us how to make fresh potato gnocchi from scratch in this interactive, hands-on class. Each person will make their own gnocchi at individual stations. In addition, we will learn some of Chef Andrea’s favorite gnocchi dishes which we’ll come together to enjoy as a four-course dinner.
The class will include a four-course dinner: canapé starter, mozzarella in carrozza appetizer, the two gnocchi dishes demonstrated in the class, two wine pairings, and a panna cotta dessert. Take home dough and shaped gnocchi to keep practicing.
