Free Lifelong Learning Open House
Check out the “Get to Know Us” Fall Kickoff event at Presidents’ College, the adult lifelong learning program at the University of Hartford. On Wednesday, September 10 from 4:30-6 p.m., join us for refreshments and jazz. Watch as Director Michele Troy interviews professors about what inspired their non-credit fall lectures or mini-courses (2-4 sessions). See if the program’s offerings are the right fit for you. Topics include extreme weather, film, cryptocurrency, the Supreme Court, Afro-Cuban jazz, stories from Homer’s Odyssey, discussions of the Wicked films and Broadway show, moral heroes, national and global politics, and much more. Join us for lectures on the Hartford Stage production of Rope and then attend a performance. There’s no charge for the Kickoff event, but you must register at hartford.edu/pc.
