Shaping Your Story: A Workshop to Consciously Create Your Life
An immersive journey to empower you to move beyond “goals” and awaken to the reality of what you can create when you honor your own truths and passions, bringing your discoveries alive with a sense of joy and excitement.
This workshop offers:
✓ A space filled with positive energy, compassion and inspiration.
✓ Guided visualization meditations, reflective exercises and meaningful conversations to help clear the clutter from your mind to focus on you.
✓ The time and tools to begin creating your life from your heart.
As part of the journey, you’ll make a visual representation of how you plan to shape the story of your life. This could take the form of a picture collage, affirming words or other creative expressions that resonate with you. By placing this creation in your daily environment, you stay connected to the energy of the reality you are creating and discovering.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing or inspiration, Shaping Your Story will help you awaken your creative being and step into a life aligned with your truest self.
Shaping Your Story is a full-day workshop from 10 am to 5 pm. Participants will have time for lunch and are welcome to bring lunch and stay at the Light Source Center or leave to get lunch in the area.
All supplies are provided. Space is limited and registration is required.

The Light Source Center is a 501c3 non-profit school of meditation in West Hartford, CT. We offer scholarships on a sliding-scale fee basis. You may apply for a scholarship at any time.
