This workshop combines the LSC’s unique guided visualization meditations with the best parts of art class. You’ll experience what it means to allow your creative energy to flow by focusing on yourself in the here and now and following your inner guidance.

Workshop fee (all supplies included): $55/person/class
The Light Source Center is a 501c3 non-profit school of meditation in West Hartford, CT. We offer scholarships on a sliding-scale fee basis. You may apply for a scholarship at any time.
