The Hershey Community Chorus Presents Holiday Concerts
The Hershey Community Chorus will present “A Caroling Party” - two Christmas Holiday Concerts held on Friday, December 5 at 7:00 pm at The Hershey Story Museum, 63 W. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey; and Sunday, December 7 at 3:00 pm at The Hershey Free Church, 330 Hilltop Road, Hummelstown, in the heart of the Hershey Community. Admission: Adults $15, Students $5, and Children under 5 are admitted free. Tickets can be pre-ordered from any Chorus member, by emailing a request to [email protected], or calling 717-534-3712. The Hershey Community Chorus was founded in 1934 and has served the greater Hershey Community with pride for the last 90+ years! The Chorus has been rehearsing since August in preparation for this Celebration of Music. The Christmas Holiday Concert is entitled “A Caroling Party” and will feature favorite holiday musical selections such as “God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen”, “The Holly and the Ivy”, “On Christmas Night” and “The Coventry Carol”, plus several which may be less familiar, such as “Jesus Child”, “Night of Silence” and “The Gift Carol” to name a few. This wide variety of carols is sure to strike a chord with everyone across all generations.
