This Yoga session is designed to help you connect with your body and your baby while promoting strength, flexibility, and relaxation. We'll focus on gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movements to support your changing body, alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare you for childbirth. Remember, listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and enjoy the journey of nurturing both yourself and your little one.
Join Dana one Sunday a month for an hour long class. Wear something comfortable, bring a water and a yoga mat if you have. We have mats and props in the studio you may use if you don't have a mat.
