Dauphin County CASA, a 501c3 nonprofit, lights the Linglestown community tree to launch its Giving Tree fundraising campaign to support volunteers who advocate for the best interests of foster children in the county. It's a free and open to the public event featuring music and free cocoa and cookies for all attendees.
