Ale on the Trail
Join us for the 2nd annual Ale on the Trail event at Brown Country Reforestation Camp on Saturday, February 7th from noon - 4pm. Strap on your cross country skis, snowshoes or hiking boots and come out and enjoy a 2 mile course paired with beer (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) samplings along the way for adults. Bring the whole family with kid friendly samples along the way and activities along the course. Warm up stations will be provided along the way. Participants receive a souvenir 5oz mug for sampling and lanyard to make for easy movement on the trail.
Although the Reforestation has a strong no dog policy, for this special event though - bring your furry friend along to join in the fun!
Post event party will be held at Station 1 Brewing Company from 4 - 8pm! Enjoy half off your first beer there!
Snowshoe rentals provided by Brown County Park will be available to rent for $5 while supplies last (first come, first serve)
Cross Country skis provided by the NEW Zoo Adventure Park will be available to rent. Ski rentals are $20 for half day and $30 for the full day for adults and $15 for half day and $25 for youth. Ski rentals are while supplies last (first come, first serve). More information can be found >> Here.
If choosing to ski and do not already have a season ski pass - a day pass will need to be purchased onsite at the event. A day pass is $7. Come before or after the event to get more ski miles in!
Portion of proceeds go towards Brown County Parks.
