Jean and Louis Janzen Visiting Writers Series
7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 30, “Jean and Louis Janzen Visiting Writers Series,” hosted by Fresno Pacific University. Guest writer David Dominguez is the author of the collections Marcoli Sausage, Work Done Right and The Ghost of César Chávez. His poems have appeared in many journals and anthologies, and he teaches at Reedley College. The Janzen Visiting Writers Series honors Dr. Louis Janzen and Jean Janzen, award-winning Central Valley poet and FPU faculty. The event will be in Lin Family Performance Studio in the Warkentine Culture and Arts Center, 4838 E. Butler Ave., Fresno, on the main FPU campus. Admission is free, no registration required.
