TeamNeville Concerts is proud to welcome back to Fresno: STICK MEN featuring members of King Crimson TONY LEVIN AND PAT MASTELOTTO, with MARKUS REUTER, on July 18, at Frank's Place next to Warnors in Fresno, Show time: 8pm, doors: 7:30pm, 21 +, tables of four as well as reserved seating.
Stick Men is a powerhouse progressive rock trio featuring legendary musicians Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto, and Markus Reuter.
Tony Levin, renowned for his work with Peter Gabriel and King Crimson. His mastery of the Chapman Stick, from which the band takes its name, allows him to simultaneously cover both bass and guitar parts.
Pat Mastelotto, drummer extraordinaire, is known for his tenure with King Crimson and chart-topping success with Mr. Mister. His unique setup combines acoustic drums with electronic
elements, creating a rich tapestry of rhythms and textures.
Markus Reuter rounds out the trio with his self-designed touch-style guitar, pushing the boundaries of what's possible on a stringed instrument.
Stick Men's music defies easy categorization, blending elements of Art Rock, Progressive Rock, and at times, Progressive Meta. Their live shows are a testament to their improvisational
prowess, featuring extended jams that showcase each member's virtuosity. The band also pays homage to their King Crimson roots by performing select pieces from that legendary group's
catalog.
