Yoga classes at WorldSprings


The Vinyasa yoga class flows through dynamic sequences of poses, synchronized with breath. It starts with a warm-up, then moves into a series of standing, balancing, and stretching postures. The class builds in intensity, before cooling down with restorative stretches and ending in Savasana for deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
