VOAMI National Thrift Shop Day Celebration – 25% Off All Items and More
National Thrift Shop Day celebrations and sales will take place at the six Volunteers of America Michigan Thrift Store locations across Michigan on Saturday, August 17. At the VOAMI Thrift Store location in Westland (34800 Warren Road, Westland, MI 48185) from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., all items in store will be 25% off and double loyalty points will be credited on all purchases in addition to the weekly 50% and 75% color tag sales. There will be giveaways, games for the kids and prizes, and all stores will give away free popcorn and sweets as supplies last. Customers can expect a fun shopping atmosphere and experience and the thrill of finding special items as you browse hundreds of unique items in the store. Clothing and household item donations can also be made to the store from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, including on National Thrift Shop Day, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays. Proceeds from all Volunteers of America Michigan Thrift Stores support the nonprofit’s continuum of services for veterans, and affordable housing for seniors, families, and individuals with disabilities.
