Candlelight Yin Yoga, Sound Bath, Live Cello and Cacao Experience at The Village Club
Soak up the sunset, gentle movement, and a soul-nourishing immersive experience blending a warm mobile sauna session, gentle somatic yoga for all levels, and crystal bowl sound bath at a Candlelight Yin Yoga, Sound Bath, Live Cello and Cacao Experience event on Friday, October 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Village Club in Bloomfield Hills (190 E. Long Lake Road). Presented by aloe + alchemy, a provider of wellness experiences encouraging women to claim their sanctuary, seek out delight, and discover nourishing relief for the body and mind, the yoga portion will be led by instructor Soojin, the sound bath by renowned sound healer Lisa Fischer, and the cello played by cellist Jasmine James. Guests should bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle. The cost is $72 and reservations are required.
