Kids and adults can get on the ice and experience this exciting, fast-paced sport. Our teams range in age from 5-65 and have players with a broad spectrum of disabilities that prevent them from playing stand up hockey. We do require that players are able to follow age appropriate instructions. Whether you are ready to join the team or are looking for an opportunity to try sled hockey, we are committed to making it a great experience. Here's what you can expect: 12:30-1:00 Registration and get fitted for equipment 1:00-2:00 On the Ice 2:00-2:30 Wrap up and discussion about how to join a team It's cold in the rink so dress appropriately.
