This conference, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on March 18 at Oakland Community Health Network in Troy, features a slate of speakers who are TEDX alums, business owners and local leaders.
“We are so excited to bring this amazing event to the community,” said Susan Hollady, Executive Director of Leadership Oakland. “This is an incredible lineup of speakers who are set to share their expertise – inspiring local leaders to go forth and energize the communities they serve.”
The conference has full day ($125) and half-day ($60) options. There are discounts for Leadership Oakland Alumni Association members as well.

Established in 1990, Leadership Oakland is a 501 (c)(3) organization focused on business and community leadership development. The organization provides a nine-month Cornerstone Program to participants from businesses, organizations, and governmental agencies that are selected based on an application process. Leadership Oakland graduates are key business and community leaders serving as catalysts on boards of various organizations throughout the region.
