5:00 PM - Arrive early for a conversation, Q&A, book signing with retired Judge Gerald Rosen as he discusses his book The Grand Bargain: The Inside Story of Detroit's Dramatic Journey from Bankruptcy to Rebirth. Copies will be available for purchase.
6:00 PM - Doors open.
7:15 PM - Awards ceremony.
9:00 PM - Event concludes.
